Cushy
I had every intention of posting these two months ago. Ooops. Here's some shots of the cushions I made my parents for Christmas. And proof of why I need a new camera/lighting.
Pity I wasn't doing the chain stitch right. Still, I kind of love them a lot. All done freehand from my own designs.

Bang!
Check out the blog I designed for Jen (my S-I-L) who's running for a student government position at UVIC. It's different from what I usually do and was a good time. So if you go to UVIC, vote for Jen!

Small Magazine
Want something to cheer you up today? Check out my favourite E-zine Small.

It's based around kids stuff but I think it has tons of appeal no matter what your stage in life. It includes toys, art, kids fashion...some interior design, some food. Just a ray of sunshine. Check it out.
P.S. My favourite thing from this magazine is the Small Spaces feature with Judith Needham discussing the woven willow playhouse she made for her daughter. Very beautiful and thoughtful.

Goose Grease

We've been entertaining some guests these past couple days. They don't talk much...and they leave a bit of a mess behind. But at least they can feed themselves...

In other news:
- My back is feeling better. But I'm slightly scared because I don't understand what I did to it in the first place... I have a doctors apt in a couple weeks, so I guess I'll ask then.
- I haven't bought bread in almost two months! Baked some today, and some rolls.
- Day before yesterday my secondary monitor went off and I smelled burning plastic. So I guess that's about done then. And fair enough, it's about 8 years old.
- Okay, I'm not sure that I have any news really. Really I just work and cook and sometimes I clean. Also I have some art almost done.

Blog Tour: Cyndere’s Midnight by Jeffrey Overstreet

Hello all! I meant to write a big long post today, but I seem to have done something funny to my back. And by funny, I don't mean funny. Prayers would be nice.
Anyway, Cyndere's Midnight is the sequel to Auralia's Colors. It took my a couple chapters to get into it (mostly to remember where the last book left off) but now I'm really enjoying it. I'm 3/4 of the way through (over half of that today...as there was little else I could do) and can't wait to see how it finishes.
Great fantasy storytelling, whether you're into Christian Fiction or not. I have to lay down again, but check out these sites for more info:

Ooops
I accidently started a new blog. About food. Actually, it's more like this blog had to build an addition as the foodness was getting too big for it. Confused yet? I'm beyond rational posting tonight. So here it is:
Hanna is Hungry
It's about food. Recipes. Thoughts. What I eat everyday. Cute things I want for my kitchen. Gardening. I may cross post some, but the huge food posts are making there way over that way, so if you enjoy them you should start following that blog.
Kisses!

Inspirations | Tang Dynasty
Hmmm...working on a cutey picture and inspired by Chinese History. Here's some pretties for you (the third one is from Curse of the Golden Flower which is kinda depressing and very bloody but has suuuuch pretty costumes. Not sure where the rest originated. Bad, I know.):

Happy love day!
Sheesh, I'm sorry, I meant to have this ready for you guys earlier this week but I have hardly even been home. Working like a crazy person this week. I have high hopes for next week which include finishing Craig's birthday present (his birthday was on Tuesday. I suck :(). Anyway, if you have by chance also been disorganized and don't have your valentines in order yet these are for you! Just download the file and print off at home. You can write love notes on the back. :) I think my co-workers all need them.
