In the interest of #1 I started kickboxing classes yesterday (the aerobic kind...not planning on laying a smack down on anyone over here). Oh the pain. It's good though. Right? I needed a kick in the butt. I'm also going to do step class on Fridays and I teach a twice weekly parent and tot aquafit. Any of you starting up some fitness classes this fall? How do you enjoy (or not totally hate) working out?
